As the founder of Pittsburgh Financial Consultants, Wayne has spent over 40 years helping clients build lasting financial well-being. With a background in social work, Wayne has always approached financial advising through a personal lens—focusing on trust, care, and connection. For Wayne, clients aren’t just clients, they’re part of the extended PFC family.
As the firm has grown, so has the family legacy. Today, Wayne’s sons, Dave and Steve, have taken the lead in continuing the firm’s mission of providing thoughtful, family-friendly financial guidance. Together, they carry forward the values Wayne built the firm on: integrity, empathy, and a deep commitment to every client’s unique journey.
Wayne has long been dedicated to serving others, both professionally and in the community. He’s volunteered with organizations like the PARC Walk-A-Thon and was a founding member of the Greentree Rotary Club, where he helped launch their annual golf outing to support individuals with disabilities. He currently serves on the board of Watchful Shepherd, a child abuse prevention organization, and remains active in his church.
When he’s not working or volunteering, Wayne enjoys golfing, watching Pittsburgh sports, and spending time with his wife, Kathy, their three sons, and their beloved grandchildren—who remain his greatest joy and inspiration.
