As a Client Service Associate, Heather brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every client interaction. Whether she’s assisting with day-to-day requests or helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, Heather is committed to making clients feel supported, heard, and appreciated.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree from Northwestern University. Heather began her career as a high school chemistry teacher in Texas before transitioning into a Human Capital Management role at Goldman Sachs in New York City. After moving back to Peters Township to be closer to family, she stepped away from the workforce to focus on raising her sons—and returned to her professional career in 2024 when she joined PFC.
Outside the office, Heather enjoys time with her family and rarely misses a game or practice for her sons, Jackson and Grayson. When she’s not on the sidelines, you’ll likely find her tending to her flower garden or enjoying the quiet moments that come with a full and busy life.
