Emily is often the first friendly face you’ll see at our office. As our Receptionist and Office Manager, she creates a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel instantly at ease. With a genuine passion for connecting with people, Emily ensures every interaction is thoughtful, respectful, and personal.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Before joining PFC, Emily spent over 11 years in recruiting, where she honed her skills in communication and developed a deep appreciation for meaningful client experiences.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and reading a good book. Her husband and two kids keep her busy, but inspired, and always ready for the next adventure.
